ในระบบ FreeLedger ERP จะสร้าง Fiscal Year ใหม่ได้อย่างไร Huh Huh Huh

ในระบบ FreeLedger ERP ผู้ใช้สามารถสร้าง Fiscal Year ใหม่ได้โดย
ดับเบิลคลิ๊กที่ฟังก์ชั่น Fiscal Year Table ในระบบบัญชีทั่วไปส่วน Transaction ที่หน้าต่างเมนูหลัก
ระบบจะแสดงหน้าต่าง Fiscal Year Table ให้ผู้ใช้กดปุ่ม New จากนั้นใส่ข้อมูล Fiscal Year ที่ต้องการที่ฟิลด์ Fiscal Year
จากนั้นกดปุ่ม Update ระบบจะแสดงหน้าต่างเพื่อให้ผู้ใช้ยืนยันการบันทึกข้อมูลเข้าสู่ระบบ กด OK
ระบบจะแสดง Fiscal Year ใหม่ที่หน้าต่างส่วนบนโดยมีสถานะของ Fiscal Year เป็น Open
ให้ผู้ใช้เปลี่ยนสถานะของ Fiscal Year เป็น Ready เพื่อแสดงว่า Fiscal Year ดังกล่าวพร้อมที่จะใช้งานแล้ว
